Summary: Fairport
may be peaking at the right time after its win at Monroe County that
left them well ahead in the speed ratings of last year's champ Penfield.
The score last year was 64-69, and Fairport should take this year's
S5-A race by a more comfortable margin. Last year's winner Majd Rouhana
will be in the mix for the championship this year, but the favorites
will be Penfield's Tyler Senall and Churchvile-Chili's Payton Gleason
who finished 2nd and 3rd at Monroe to Pittsford Mendon's Nathan Lawler.
Summary:Pittsford Mendon looks to be in good position to win another S5-B title
led by frontrunner Nathan Lawler who came in 1st in the race the last two
years and is again as the Monroe County champ one of the top two runners
in the state. The Vikings won last year's battle by 1 point over
Brighton, but this year's contest should be much less close.

Summary:
Last year's S5-C winner Addison was moved down to Class D this year,
and that opened up the opportunity for last year's runner-up Marcus
Whitman to take over. MW's Gabe Stash will be the favorite for the win
after finishing 2nd last year, but Mynderse Academy's Jeremiah
Carnicelli will be close behind.
Summary: Last
year's S5-C champ Addison was moved down to S5-D this year, and that
spelled trouble for last year's winner Oakfield-Alabama. The two teams
may not be that far apart, but Addison does have the advantage. Lima
Christian junior Jacob Appleton won last year's race and is again the
favorite, with Addison's Ryan English running a little ways back.
