Summary:  New Hartford won by a big margin last year but then lost a key group of runners to graduation, so this year's battle with Jamesville-Dewitt could be very close. New Hartford was strong at the Adirondack Invite and should be carrying some momentum into the S3-B race. Josh Farmer won last year's race as a sophomore, and he is heavily favored for a second win.

Summary:  S3-C is set to be the usual wild affair with many teams in the running for the title, but after dropping down from Class B, Vernon-Verona-Sherrill has thrived in C . Hannibal, Marcellus, and Port Byron have had some good results in the last few weeks though, so VVS will get a big challenge from the pack of hungry teams behind them. Owen Walker will be the favorite for VVS after a 3rd place finish in ast year's S3-B race and a recent victory in the Adirondack Invite.
