Klein, Woodworth, Crandall, Caracci, Kimball
Summary:  Corning took the first three places behind Jessica Lawson on the way to a dominating 31-52-58 win over Elmira and Ithaca. It would not be a complete surprise if any of the three teams win this year's race, but after a big win at STAC, Ithaca is in the driver's seat, and the Little Red's Lizzy Rayle was the top S4-A runner in the STAC race and will be favored here.

62.0

Nittinger, Tomasso, Vaughn, Welch, Ackley, Talada

Summary:  Newark Valley claimed another S4-C title last year but by a rather close 14 point margin and finished a ways back at States in 6th. This year the Cardinals again appear to be in a close contest with Chenango Forks and Waverly, but they were ahead of the other S4-C teams at IAC and seem to have momentum on their side. A lot of runners will be in the lead pack for the individual title, and Marissa Silba finished 2nd last year and is the top returning runner.

Summary: Delhi finished only 5th in last year's Sectionals, but after a good showing at Marathon it looks to be a favorite to unseat Trumansburg. Kelsey Young of Deposit finished 3rd last year and is the highest rated runner going into the S4-D battle.
