Woodworth, Zainul, Fenton, Scibek, Wilsoncroft, Juan
Summary: Last
year Corning knocked off Ithaca by 25-34, and this year's contest could
again be close between two top 10 ranked teams. Corning dominated at
the recent STAC championship, but the S4-A is often much tighter. Silas
Derfel was 2nd to Kevin Moshier (graduated) at last year's race, but
this year he has separated himself from the pack.

Summary: Maine-Endwell
won by 34-40 over Owego last year, but the tables could be turned this
year as Owego finished well ahead of the othe S4-B teams at STAC.
Johnson City has also put together a strong competitor here, so this
should be the tightest three-way battle in years. Parker Stokes was 2nd
to graduated teammate Matt Goyden last year, and he is far ahead at the
top.

Summary: Watkins
Glen dream of a 2016 season included a Federation title over the big teams,
and though not as deep as last year, this year's squad will win the S4-C
title and move on as one of the favorites for the States title again.
Gabe and Aaron Planty are the top guys in S4-C, and Gabe will likely win
here after finishing 2nd to teammate Patrick Hazlitt last year.
Summary: Delhi
and Trumansburg finished 3rd and 2nd to Elmira-Notre Dame last year,
but this year one of the two will win the S4-D title. Delhi appears to
have a little more depth, and Trumansburg's Evan Whittaker is the clear
individual favorite after winning at IAC.
