Summary:
Corning is the favorite to unseat defending S4-B champ Ithaca this
year, but the battle should be very close, as the Hawks' 2 point win
over the Little Red at STAC makes clear. Corning has the edge at the
top, but Ithaca's mid-level pack could carry the day here. Lindsey
Butler has emerged this season as the leader for Corning, and she will
be the favorite for the individual title.

Summary:
Maine-Endwell has edge here, but the score should be a lot closer than
last year's 27-47 decision over Owego. Lindsey Stokes is the big favorite
for the individual title.
Summary: S4-C
should have a great three-way tussle here. Newark Valley is the
three-times defending champ and was the top C team at the IAC
championship, but Lansing has better depth when it fields a full team as
it showed in a strong 3rd place finish at Marathon. Lansing was 2nd in
S4-D last year before moving up in 2018. The two team's lead runners
Catie Eisenhut and Marissa Sibla are likely suspects for the individual
title.

Summary:
This one is a complete toss-up as defending champ tries to stave off a
surging Elmira Notre Dame team that was an impressive winner at IAC.
Delhi will need a big effort this year to earn a repeat after an easy
win in the S4-D last year. The trench warfare at the back of the lineups
where END may have the advantage could be the decider here. Last year's
top two of Kelsey Young and Sienna Dorr look to be in a scrap with the
IAC championship's 4th place finisher Alyssa Walker for the individual
title.
