State of the Action: Of all the relays, this is the one to watch, in terms of parity at the top. Saratoga, Shenendehowa, and Cicero-North Syracuse all have run 9:16 and change this season. All will have some legs that have individual pursuits earlier in the meet. All three have the potential to go much faster. Shen is the defending State Champs here, while Saratoga is the XC State Champs. And then you have CNS, which has two athletes with a strong potential to each win their own individual State Title.
