Overview:  Bridgewater-Raritan's Marco Langdon just crushed as the top runner at NJ Shore Coaches, though St. John Prep's Nathan Lopez knows about running with 190 SR guys after finishing 6th in the Ocean State-Championship race. Lopez's SJP team was by far the top one at Ocean State and might be the favorite here. North Andover's numbers are a wild guess since they have no results against speed-rated teams, while Monroe-Woodbury is on the rise after a win in the Paul Short-White race.
