NYT&F Battle of the Years - Top 15 Showdown 2008-2015

. . . . . . Meet Wrap-up for the Battle of the Years - Top 15

We head to the bus, plunk down, and go home. Tomorrow is another day, and next time I'm going to start my awesome kick just a little bit earlier.

Back in 2010, New York had a stellar group of athletes that went on to do some great things in the collegiate ranks, and some are still keeping the ball rolling there. 2015 has also also proved to be a potent group that should be destined to do great things in the years ahead (Sammy, Kamryn, and Kaitlin were sophomores in 2015, not to mention those freakingly awesome 7th graders). The great acts have unfurled before us year by year, and the ferocious feats of the future are about to knock us silly as the NY athletes bite and claw to the next level.

The NY athletes of 2010 set a standard that will be hard to beat, but you know that that there are a huge bunch of strivers who have their sights set on the stars and will soon be posting times and distances that will keep the trackster grey beards going on and on about long ago performances when 2065 comes around a half century down the road. Until then, we still have a Battle of the Years - Leaders meet scheduled to see which crop of best-of-the-bests were the best.

In the very unlikely event you really want to see the data for all this stuff, it's at Battle of the Years google sheets.
