Breakdown: This is quite an interesting race to project.  Off the bat, Shaw Powell bested Ethan Wechsler at the line of the NJ MOC, credited with the exact same finishing time.  Despite finishing 3rd and 4th in that race, they both are in contention to win the overall regional here.  They aren't the only ones who have had to deal with some speed from some in-season rivals.  Robbie Cozean recently split between two sophomores back in Connecticut, granted in the merge, but he has been running well enough to take the win.  A week later, Jack McLoughlin finished exactly one-second behind Cozean at New England's, setting up the rematch here.  These four round out your favorites.

But wait!  There is another name. Jonah Hoey is entered in the race.  The PA Senior dropped out of Bishop Shanahan High School to enroll online, to complete his HS education, while training with his two brothers at home, who are both professional athletes.  What does that mean for his fitness?  He recently put down a 9:20 two-mile on the track, indicating the fitness is there.  This could be a big race for him, or a rust buster that doesn't go to plan.  It's a big question mark heading into the race.

The next group of guys are so close, it's hard not to mention them all.  But with margins so thin, this will be quite a competitive race.
