Overview:  Archbishop Wood's Gary Martin won the White race at Paul Short by more than 37 seconds, so you know that he can fly. His 4:03 mile speed will surely come in handy on the short course. Behind him, Centennial's Antonio-Bucks follows up a 3rd at the Carlisle Challenge, Westhampton Beach's Gavin Ehlers was the top guy at Bob Pratt, and Cooper Michaud of Classical was 7th in the Ocean State -Championship race. Race A could be one of the most competitive team races as CBA NJ has dropped down from the Easterns Race to try and capture a Letter Race.  Westhampton Beach has the top speed ratings through three runners, but a pack team like Boston College Prep or St.Peter's Prep should have big advantages in a big race at VCP.
