State of the Action: While the Weight Throw may look as close as the Shot Put, there is one clear distinction. State Leader Nick Pisciotta (Commack) has thrown the Weight five times this year, and the last four have all been above 70-feet, most recently culminating with a 72-1.5. While Sean Smith (Webster Thomas) is only two feet off of that, his best ever comes from the mid-season at 69-11.75.
