Breakdown: Last year's winner Saranac Lake went on to win the Class C States championship but is running in the DIII race this year. Antonio and Francisco Beltran of Schalmont went 1-2 in their senior year. This year Scotia-Glenville is expected to be battling Miller Place and New Paltz for the DII title, and MP's Tom Cirrito who finished 7th in the States B race in 2018 is the favorite to cross the line first.
