State of the Action: It's been a rough few years for the Indoor 4x400m, with being gone are the days a multiple teams under 3:50. This year, we have two teams under 4mins, ready to face off. Bronxville has a slew of relays moving on to States, and they lead the State at 3:58.60. Burnt Hills is all-in on this event, and at 3:59.78, may have the more rest.
