Teams: Centre Wellington - 170?,  Xavier - 165.0, Pittsford-Mendon - 156.6, East Aurora - 155.6, Honeoye Falls-Lima - 149.2

Individuals: Nate Lawler (Pittsford-Mendon) - 190, Thomas Witkowicz (All Saint, Canada) - 190, Ian Russ (East Aurora) - 185, Eric Morris (Centre Wellington, Canada) - 185, Nick Bannon (Centre Dufferin, Canada) - 180, Hunter Petrik (Mt. St. Joseph, MD) - 180, Nate Ondracek (Walsh Jesuit, OH) - 175, Sam Lawler (Pittsford-Mendon) - 174, Josef Raphael Oettl (Xavier) - 171

Breakdown: You would think with Nate Lawler being the state's top returner, his debut race should be a clean sweep. But a year ago, Ian Russ managed to clinch the win here at McQuaid, before injuries sidelined him for much of the later season. Those two will get their rematch, with a little extra company from our neighbors to the north. Thomas Witkowicz has the fastest track PRs of the field, his several sub-8:33 3000m races converting to just around nine-flat in the 3200m. Could he come in and upset the American dominance in the event like the Canadian girls have over the years? The same can be said for the team competition, as Centre Wellington looked very strong last fall at their regional championship. They bring back plenty to go head to head with NYC's Xavier, and the race could get heated.
