Breakdown: Tristan Forsythe comes into the race with the best PRs on the track, hitting 4:12 for the mile, and two-flat for the 800m. But track is not XC, and he might have some company on the trails. Owen Walker is having a big season so far, and Caleb Moore and Dylan Canarelli are ready to open up theirs like they did last year. The team competition features the reigning Class C state champs in Watkins Glen, as well as the Class D runners-up in Maple Grove. One team to watch out for is Canadian Notre Dame, who have been running well so far this season.
