Most recent was Neil Howard (Taconic), who's 14-7 won the OB Elite Meet. Behind him is Matthew Lourenco (Saint Anthony's) at 14-6.5, whose brother is the reigning State Champ. And right on their tails is Freshman State Record Holder Luke Beattie (Warwick), at 14-5.25.
