What The Numbers Say: No Boys Team has ever gone 1-2-3 in the largest Classification at the State Meet. In fact, only one team has ever done it before. After Sectionals, Manlius looks like it could very well add the accomplishment to their repertoire, with Sam Otis and Peyton Geehrer leading the way. Geoff Howles will look to seal the deal behind, although Howles is the top returner in the field after finishing second overall last year.
What Can Change: There are plenty of big names who could not only break up those three, but take the entire race. Behailu Bekele-Arcuri took a big jump between Sectionals and States last year, and has the experience on this course from Pre-States. Tom Ragone took home the title at SPAC, and has been running very well all season. The next five guys all have something to prove on what looks to be a very unpredictable day.
