Outlook: Sam Lawler is running way out ahead for the Vikings, and the question is whether they can bring up a younger pack around senior James Smith. Reigning S5-B champ Honeoye Falls-Lima could again pose a big challenge for Mendon if it can rebuild its depth.

Cliff Carty | 11 | 22 | 90 | 146 |
Ryan McCarvill | 12 |

Outlook: The Pirates lost five of their top 6 to graduation, but the usual big Pearl River JV team should be supplying the team with enough depth to win S1-B again. The young Pirate squad is lead by junior Oisin Selby who was the third guy in behind Jack Reynolds and Brian McCann at States last year.

Section 11
States Teams: 2018 (B-6th)

| 128 |
Outlook:
The Gladiators finished 3rd in S9-B but now face likely just a showdown with Mount at Sectionals with the departure of Cornwall. Seniors Stephen Perrillo-Sullivan and Andrew Johnson will be hoping that the Goshen squad can get filled out a lot more.
Miller Place (Panthers)
Section 8

David Miekley | 12 | 47 |
| 132 |
Outlook: The Panthers finished back in 4th in S11-B last year but have everyone back and States co-favorite Thomas Cirrito on the lead. Miller Place will still need to add some runners for this year's battle with Westhampton Beach..

| 136 |
Anthony Ayala | 11 |
|
| 124 |
Outlook: The Bears finished back in 5th last year in S1-B, but they have the top 4 returning, and that's something that their Sectional rivals can't say. Freshman Patrick Ford and junior Ryan Neubauer lead a Brewster team that could emerge at Sectionals if it fills out the back line.
