Breakdown:The reigning Class D and Class C individual state champions in Rauber and Palotti are both entered here, as well as the reigning state champion team in Newfane. Maple Grove is No. 2 in Class D this year, after finishing six points off the top of the podium last year, and could prove to be difficult to beat, even by those teams above their class. Rauber is the healthy favorite in the field, although an off-race at Wayne could bring the pack closer to the freshman.
