Overview:  Look out for this one. Channelling Mary Cain of 2012, the top-seeded athlete has dropped down to a letter race  Katelyn Tuohy was the defending eastern states champion, but has forgone the opportunity to defend in order to race here. This could mean she has a cleaner route to run on her way to a performance that could challenge a course record. With her removed, this still would have been one of the best individual matchups, as there are three girls cresting into the 120's. The team competition could be very close, as North Rockland is improving, and will do so even more with the addition of Haleigh Morales.  Still, Rush-Henrietta has been having a strong season, and very well might still hold them off.
