Breakdown: The State's top returner lead the field in the small schools race. He'll be racing the clock, and will have the luxury of seeing all the prior races, and knowing the measure before the gun goes off. While the individual race is clear cut, the team race is a toss up, with several Class C teams looking to settle the rankings.
