What The Numbers Say: It would seem the race for the State Title was won and lost in the Section 3 qualifier. Beaver River took home the win their over Sauquoit Valley by 5 points, and instantly became the favorites for a State Title in the process.
What Can Change: Both Maple Grove and Addison are still in the conversation. They have ran strongly against larger competition all year, and know how to race against the odds. We'll see if they can close the gap. Maple Grove are the defending State Champs, so they've put it together for the big race before.
