This Year's Outlook
The
Lakers fell back to 4th in the S3-C last year from a Sectional triumph
in 2015 as there was just not enough depth behind the outstanding top
duo of Clara Rowles and Meggie Hart. The two standouts should be among
the top 5 in Class C in the state this year, but the team will need some
big additions to challenge CBA at Sectionals this year.

Bulldogs
Section: 6
Class: C

Section
6 blues are on display as Alden's Becky Kron (no. 688) and Newfane's
Kimberly Goerss (no. 668) run together at States last year.
Seniors
Kron and Golas give the Bulldogs a strong top tandem, but any thoughts
of unseating States champ Newfane from its hold on the S6-C title will
require some reinforcements.
Harley-Allendale-Columbia profile here moved from Class C preview to reflect reclassification.

This Year's Outlook
The
Wolves captured their first Sectionals crown in 16 years last season
and finished 4th at States. Now with the 2014 and 2015 S5-D champion Addison
back down in Class D and HAC now reclassified to Class C, the Wolves will need to find a way to
replace longtime stalwart Hannah Reinhardt. Senior Emma Fiorini made a
big leap last year to become part of the frontrunning duo with
Reinhardt, and she will lead a pack of Wolves that looks to be running pretty
evenly with reigning S5-C champ Waterloo and with Livonia.
