9:40pm BOYS "JV B" Race - ONLY for runners that have not or cannot break 17:00, and freshmen that have not broken 10min on the 1.5/1.6 mile courses.
10:00am BOYS VARSITY CHAMPIONSHIP - teams to be assigned 10/29/23 - 7 runners max
10:15amGIRLS VARSITY CHAMPIONSHIP
10:30 am BOYS VARSITY "B" CHAMPIONSHIP - teams to be assigned 10/29/23
10:40 am GIRLS JV CHAMPIONSHIP
10:59 am BOYS JV CHAMPIONSHIP - for runners whove broken or can break 17:00, and Freshmen whove broken 10:00. Note: you may add runners over 17:00 in order to fill out a complete team, however, you do not have to have a complete team in the JV Championship.

IMPORTANT NOTE about JV Races for Boys teams coaches:
Based on smaller numbers of total competitors, We are returning to 2 JV races. Simply:
11:00am: JV Championship for your top 7 JV runners. You MUST have 7 Varsity runners in EITHER the Varsity A or Varsity boys B race.
9:40am: all runners after your #& JV runner . That is, you \must have a full team of 7 in the JV A race in order to run kids in the JV B race. No exceptions.
ALL teams MUST enter their top 7 runners (or all of their runners if the team does not have 7) in either the Varsity A (team avg under 15:30) or Varsity B (over 15:30 team avg but can opt into Vars A).

3) Enter individuals into specific races.
