Quick Look: With a high graduation rate among the top individuals in the State for boys, it is typical for Junior year to catapult athletes to the top of the rankings.  Such is the case for Kaelen Ruder.  In 2018, he was the first individual to not make it to States, placing 8th at Sectionals.  On the track, he was just as close, placing 6th and 5th respectively, in back-to-back State Qualifiers.

In 2019, he has already picked up two Invitational wins so far, in addition to a Silver.  He has solidified himself as the favorite in Class A for Section 5, looking to make his first State Meet ever.
