2019 New York Outdoor State Champs Viewers Guide

Consider these the usual suspects.  Ursuline ran 9:07.89 to win the Indoor State Title, and should be faster Outdoors.  However, they are ranked fourth, ultimately behind Fayetteville-Manlius, who is coming off a State Leader at Quals, and a Penn Relays DMR title as well.  Both Shenendehowa and Ward Melville have been seeded in these spots (and higher) in recent years, so they all know how to run.  It'll be a war of attrition for these squads, as both Ursuline and Melville only have one athlete in an individual event, while others have more.  At the end of a long weekend, it'll be about who has the most left.
