Meet Registration Information
STEP 1: Email DWAYNE ALEXIS (dalexis@collegiateschool.org) that your school is entering the meet by Monday, October 7. In your email, let me know if your league uses Fulton Automatic Timing and if you have league bibs.
STEP 2: Enter or Update your Team Roster on milesplit
STEP 3: Mail check for anticipated competitors with meet entry form by Tuesday, October 15. Form can be found in the meet entry!
STEP 4: Enter the meet on milesplit by Wednesday, October 16
Meet Highlights
- Varsity race is a 5K!
- JV races with unlimited entries (2.5 mile races)
- Freshmen races for good competition for younger runners (1.5 mile course)
- All races will receive t-shirts for winning team and winning individual. Medals for top finishers in all races.
MEET HISTORY
Formerly the Collegiate Invitational Cross Country Meet
In 2022, the meet was renamed in honor of George Calano, beloved teacher, coach, and athletic directer at Collegiate School. Coach Calano also served from 1984-2022 as NYSAIS representative for the NYS Federation for Cross Country, Indoor Track and Field, and Outdoor Track and Field.
