Schedule: IMPORTANT: Freshman Relay leadoff AND the overflow runners will race at same time this year--different finish chutes.
8:30am - Boys Freshman 5x1500m Relay Race - Unlimited number of intact 5-man teams (note: no more A and B races; one relay race for all teams)
8:30am - Boys Freshman Overflow Race - 1500m individual race for all runners not on a 5-person team; no more than 4 runners per school
9:05am - Girls Freshman 5x1500m Relay Race - Unlimited number of intact 5-person teams
9:00\5am - Girls Freshman Overflow Race - 1500m individual race for all runners not on a 5-person team; no more than 4 runners per school
Vars/JV Races 2.5 miles
9:50am - Boys Varsity "A" Race (all of your Varsity/JV runners): St. Anthony's, Regis, Xavier, Chaminade, St. Francis, Xaverian, Riverdale, Fordham Prep, Molloy
10:05am - Girls Varsity Race (all of your Varsity/JV runners): all girls teams
10:25am Boys Varsity "B" Race (all of your Varsity/JV runners): LaSalle, Rye Country Day, St. John the Baptist, West End, Cardinal Spellman, Stepinac, McClancy, Mount St. Michael, Christ the King, Holy Cross, Cathedral Prep
New for 2023: Girls JV Race and boys JV races cancelled; ALL of teams runners run in assigned Varsity races

Leadoff starts at entrance to hills, runs freshman hills; legs 2-5 start and finish near finish line, run 1 frosh hill loop
Overflow races - 1500m races for teams with less than 5 freshmen and for freshmen not on 5-man relays. Max 4 athletes per team. Start and finish at finish line. 1 freshman hill loop
