The Eastern States Championship race at the Manhattan College Invitational has typically been a mid-season stepping stone for teams and individuals that have gone on to win state and national titles down the line.
The year 2023 looks to be no different, as the Northeast's top runners in both genders look to hold off the fields and the team battles are only heating up.
It would look like the top team entrants in both genders have a shot at taking down the course team averages, so we're on record watch.
