Breakdown: Just like the Girls, one of the top contenders will feature in the Letter Race. Furman is NY-5, and will face off against a handful of strong Class D talents in the first boys varsity race of the day.

Races 6 - A-1

Individuals: Owen Rung (East Aurora) - 179, Trent Thibault (Lansing) - 168, Shane Fraser (East Aurora) - 167, Henry Peterson (City Honors) - 164, Jake Kollmer (Saranac Lake) - 161

Breakdown: Nearly breaking 15mins on his home course puts Rung as the boy to beat in this race. There's a handful of other talents here, but we could see a gap on the leader.

Race 12 - AA

Individuals: Nathaniel Fisher (Brockport) - 176, Sam Tomm (St. Joe's) - 170, Daniel Granville (Greece-Arcadia) - 165, Liam Cowdrey (Scotia-Glenville) - 160

Breakdown: Fisher is looking to keep the winning ways going, after taking home gold at the Izzo Classic last week. He'll have some strong competition, with Sam Tamm coming from Section 6, which should provide for an injection of pace.

Race 22 - AAA

Individuals: Charles Payne (Lakewood) - 176, Noah Holden (Clarence) - 169, Nico Ranalletta (Clarence) - 168, Christian Westcott (Rush-Henrietta) -166, Mikey Murphy (Bethlehem) - 165, Bayley Herman (Rush-Henrietta) - 165, Toby Dickerson (Spencerport) - 164, Brandon Yanguas (Irondequoit) - 162, Michael Gomes (West Genesee) - 162

Breakdown: Ohio is looking to take home an individual win here this weekend, as Payne looked good in the early season. There is a sprinkling of challengers looking to keep the title in-house, and the day will close out with the hottest temps of the day.
