Breakdown:  Both Karrie Baloga and Angelina Napoleon enjoyed clear cut races at the State Meet, both finishing at least a minute and 15 seconds ahead of the their respective fields at VVS. Don't expect that to happen here. The two girls have history, as Napoleon beat out Baloga in the Steeple at the Outdoor State Meet, while Baloga carries an open 3K PR well above anyone in the State. The dust will be settled on the hills of Bowdoin Park one last time, as each have declared their entry into the Champs Regional competition earlier this year. Right now, our money is on Baloga, who's had a breakout year already, and lies at #15 All-Time on the Course already.

Lillie Bogdan and Emily Bush had it a little different at States, with each having each other to battle for much of the race. Both came in behind Zariel Macchia in their race, and would love to move one step up the podium with a good race here.
