Breakdown
With an even better compression than they had at the State Meet, Burnt Hills once again took a big step forward, and they did so in style. At the halfway mark, FM had a perfect 15 scoring on Burnt Hills. But the boys of Section 2 were only biding their time. As they cruised the downhills of the second half of the course, they slowly moved up the field, dropping their point totals in big numbers with every surge. The plan worked, as Burnt Hills earned their third straight Federation Title (albeit in five years due to cancelations).
