What do you enjoy about your event?
I enjoy meeting new people.
What has been the highlight in your running/throwing/jumping career thus far?
The best highlight in my running career is when I got down to a 6 minute mile pace .
What’s the funniest thing that has happened to you while competing?
One time, while running the two-mile at a track meet, on the
first straightaway, out of nowhere, tons of horses ran into a field
right next to the track.
What thoughts run through your head while competing?
When I’m running, I tend to find myself thinking about my day,
or the shoes of anyone I see ahead of me. I also sometimes plug numbers
into math theories and see if they work.
What other sports do you enjoy?
I also enjoy baseball.
What is your favorite food?
The impossible cheeseburger pie my mom makes.
What is one of your favorite movies?
My favorite movie ever is the first "Ghostbusters" movie. It makes me laugh all the time.
What would be your ideal vacation?
My ideal vacation is going to Gulf Shores, Alabama with my family and just going swimming in the Gulf.
Who is your role model and why?
Galen Rupp. Every year for Cross Country our coach gives new
Varsity runners a runner we are most like, and I found Galen Rupp to be a
good runner and I want to be like him.
What do you do to relax?
To relax I usually climb into a tree and get as high as I can get then turn on my iPod and listen to music.
Where do you see yourself in 20 years?
I see myself in a career of Criminal Justice.
