Entry Fee: Entry fees of $150/team or $225/2 teams is due with the form below by April 1, 2014.
Checks and vouchers should be made payable to the Depew Public Schools.
Teams are limited to one entry/team in the Steeple Chase as well as the open 1500 and 1600.
