Meet Information
FACILITIES: The Track is a 8-lane 400 meter, all-weather rubberized surface, two runways and concrete
throwing circles along with a Steeplechase Pit. The track and runways will accommodate inch
spikes - no spikes protruding more than inch will be allowed. Blocks will be provided but
you may use your own.
AWARDS: GOLD, SILVER AND BRONZE MEDALS TO THE FIRST THREE PLACES IN EACH
EVENT INCLUDING THE RELAYS.
TEAM TROPHIES TO THE TOP TWO BOYS &
GIRLS TEAMS WITH THE HIGHEST SCORE PLUS ONE COMBINED TEAM
TROPHY.

FEATURED EVENTS: Mixed 4 x 100 Meter Relay: RULES PENDING NYS APPROVAL
"Born to Run" 1600m: The top heat of the 1600m run will be deemed the "Born to Run" event.
The song "Born to Run" by Bruce Springsteen will be started 10 seconds into the race. Any athlete
who finishes before the song ends (4:40) will earn a "Born to Run" event t-shirt.
"American Girl" 1500m: The top heat of the 1500m run will be deemed the "American Girl"
event. The song "American Girl" by Tom Petty will be started 1 minute, 25 seconds into the race.
Any athlete who finishes before the song ends (5:00) will earn an "American Girl" event t-shirt.
ENTRIES: All athletes, boys & girls, may do four events. Each team may enter
TWO ATHLETES
in any event. Each team is limited to one relay team per relay event.

Entry Deadline is Thursday, April 20
th at 8:00 PM. Coaches are strongly encouraged to
make any and all changes to their entries before the day of the meet. No additions will be
added on the day of the meet.
RESULTS: Trackqua Timing & Results Services will be using Finish-Lynx Fully Automatic
Timing and Hy-Tek's Meet Manager to produce fast, accurate results.
Real Time Results will be posted on the Reinhardt's Timing web-site
(www.trackqua.com) while the meet is in progress.
FEES: $200 for either boys or girls team, or $350.00 for both. For small numbers, $25.00 per
individual athlete, per event. Make checks or vouchers out to: Depew Track and Field and
