State of the Action: The 1000m is set to be a wild event at the State Meet. Of the Top 10 times in the State, only one of them was run in February. The rest were done in December and early January, showing that someone is ready to have a breakout race. Otherwise, the race goes out slow, and becomes a kickers delight. Matthew Schutzbank (Nyack) is a Soccer Player, and a kicker to boot, and wouldn't mind that at all. He's the top seed, and only one under 2:30 this year. | |||||
