State of the Action: Last year's State Champion is out after winning her Burrough Champs in late January, so a new Champ is set to be crowned. The issue with the top hurdlers this year has been consistency, as the top times on the leaderboards are well above average for their athletes. That means this race is wide open, and anybody can pop a big performance when it counts. That said, Nabintou Coulibaly (Young Women's) has been able to pull in some big times in major Invites, and is the State Leader, so she'll come in with the slight edge. | |||||
