At the start of the season, we identified seven streaks in jeopardy. This weekend, two of those were indeed taken down, and the rest look in quite some danger.

With Tuohy running Feds and Regionals, Corning the second-best ranked boys team in the States, and Class B Burnt Hills boys being No. 1, the other four streaks are in quite some jeopardy.
Out in Section 2, Shenendehowa took on Niskayuna and Saratoga, the latter of which carrying a 17-year streak of titles before them. However, Shen put in seven girls before any other teams fifth girl, solidifying their win. Of course, the win is only a preamble for the state meet, where they will run into another streak, where Manlius has 12-straight Class A titles.
It was a lot closer in Section 9. Warwick came in as the razor-thin favorite, but came up two points short to Monroe-Woodbury. The win capped Warwick's streak at 19-straight. Warwick had the better team average by 2-seconds, but it was Woodbury's 29-second compression that sealed the deal.
