1. Update your roster (pay special attention to adding new freshmen). Click TEAM ADMINISTRATION, then ROSTER
2. Add us to your teams milesplit schedule. CLICK TEAM ADMINISTRATION, then SCHEDULE, then ADD MEET TO SCHEDULE, then in DATE box type in 09/22/2012, then XAVIER INVITATIONAL, then click ADD MEET TO SCHEDULE (out of state schools be sure to change state to NY to find us)
3. Print out form below and mail payment to:

Coaches, please follow these directions.
1. This year we will be using milesplit.com to do entries. Contact George Febles at 646-554-4453 if you need additional help entering, or contact milesplit administrator Kyle Brazeil at kbrazeil@milesplit.com if you need to be made your teams webpage administrator.
2. Please split your freshmen boys up evenly between the A and B races. Do not run all of them in the same race. The idea is to give more freshmen a chance to medal
3. Packets will be available 1.5 hours before the meet at the finish line tent. Be sure to pin tag, with barcoded label affixed, on each runner.
4. Medals are handed out in the chute, if you athlete leaves the chute early, she/he will not receive his/her medal.
5. The NYC Parks department does not want any tents staked to the ground. So if you bring a tent you are not allowed to stake it to the ground. Please clean your area completely and leave heavy duty garbage bags tied up, next to Parks Dept. Trash receptacles.
