CHSAA Practice Meet

Van Cortlandt Park, Bronx, NYC
Traditionally a meet only for CHSAA schools, this year will be open to non-CHSAA schools in NY state.
No medals/awards for this "practice-meet" format, but full results and scoring will be posted.
Fees will be applied to meet administration costs.
No unattached athletes accepted.

Schedule - races may be added/cancelled as warranted by entry
1:00pm Freshman Boys Race 1.5 Mile Course
1:15pm - Freshman Girls Race - 1.5 Mile Course
1:30pm Varsity/JV Boys Race 2.5 mile Course
1:45pm - Varsity/JV Girls Race - 2.5 Mile Course
Coaches Packets available for pickup at 11:30am at finish
Registration to be completed by Coaches by Sep 6:
1) Log in to milesplit at http://ny.milesplit.com/login
2) Find your team at http://ny.milesplit.com/teams
3) Click the TEAM MANAGER link, then the SCHEDULE/RESULTS link.
4) Under ADD MEET TO SCHEDULE, click on date box and choose September 8, 2012, then click FIND MEETS. Choose CHSAA PRACTICE MEET, click ADD MEET TO SCHEDULE. Your team should show up on meet page (http://ny.milesplit.com/meets/119859).
5) Click ROSTER link, and update your roster including first and last names and graduation year for each athlete. Be sure that they are added for XC.
6) Print Form below and send payment with check payable to:
