New York finally opened its' Cross Country Season and there were some incredible performances this past weekend. Each week, the MileSplit NY crew will nominate multiple athletes and allow you to vote for the Runner of the Week. This week's poll will close on Friday (October 4th) at 2:00 pm EST.

Tsadia Bercuvitz (Ithaca) - Broke the Meet Record at McQuaid, running the highest Speed Rating of the Season.
Caitlin Thomas (Hastings) - Finished second behind Macchia at Six Flags, has had a breakout season so far.
Zariel Macchia (Floyd) - Ran the fastest time of the day at the Six Flags Wild Safari Invite in New Jersey.
Lillie Bogdan (Frontier) - Ran the second fastest time of the day at McQuaid in a solo effort in the last Varsity Race of the day.
