Lose the fight, win the war. That's the mantra of Saratoga, who bounced back from a loss at Suburbans with an exceptional performance at Sectionals. They not only set the Standard for the course that will hold States next year as Individuals, but as a five - and even seven - person squad. If they repeat that performance at States, they could match their point total from a year ago at 23. Their Top 3 are Seniors, with a very young team behind them, so it sets up a battle for Fayetteville-Manlius in future years (and seeded 2nd here), but they looks to be safe heading into VVS in 2023.
