What: Boys Triple Jump
When: 1pm
Why: It could be a tall order, but one of the top names on the Meet Record board could be in trouble. Rayvon Grey (Beacon), who went on to set the State Record in the Long Jump, hit 48-7 to win in 2016.
In 2022, Gregory Foster Jr. (Lawrenceville, NJ), comes in with a best of 47-9, and plenty of motivation to improve. He recently put out a 46-10 effort at the Marine Corps Classic, and the Ocean Breeze boards are known to be some of the best. It would take a big effort at this point in the Season to crack 48-0, but Foster's PR would still make him the second best ever at the Freedom Games.
