Girls Class D - Teams
What The Numbers Say: The girls of Delhi had their best outing of the year at Sectionals, to make the jump to the Top Seed. However, of the contenders, they are the only program without a State Title in the three decades. They have won three times, in 1978, 79, and 81, while both Tully and Maple Grove have won more recently. Will that experience come into play, or all bets off in Plattsburgh?
What Can Change: The race can get much closer. Looking at progression over the season, Maple Grove might have more consistency. Tully has the obvious lead scorer, but if Maple Grove takes second individually, no matter how close or how far off, it's still only a one-point swing.
