Breakdown: There are five teams in contention, and this race is wide open. The margins between each scoring position is only 10-points, which in a meet like Regionals, can reverse in an instant. The NJ State Champ North Hunterdon is facing off with the PA State Champ North Allegheny right at the top. They're the projected "favorites" for the race, but there is plenty of action following close behind. The next two teams from NJ MOC are lying in wait, and then there is Champlain Valley of Vermont. They had an impressive showing at Manhattan, and are capable of a bigger performance when they need it. They look like the team with the most potential to swing upwards in the rankings.
At-Large Potential: While we have no say in the process, it does not look likely we'll gain an At-Large from the Northeast.
