2. Holland Patent (3) Won the Adirondack Invite over the weekend with a 17:46 team average. 160 average speed rating. Nice improvements in the running of D. Racha, C, Racha, B. Moe, and T. Evans from the last week. If they can repeat the run they had this week at sectionals it will be a great finish for this team.(#2 last week)
3. Tully (3) Winners of the OHSL league with a 17:36 team average and a 160 average speed rating. (#5 last week)
4. Jordan Elbridge (3) 4th place at the OHSL meet with a17:43 team average and a 157 average speed rating. (#3 last week)

8. Rhinebeck (9) 2nd. place in MHAL meet with a 17:48 team average and a 153 average speed rating. (#6 last week)

12. Oyster Bay (8) Ran in the Nassau County Champs at Bethpage State Park. Ran to a 150 average speed rating. 2nd place..(#10 last week)
13. James O’Neill (9) Ran a team average of 17:23 at the OCIAA meet at Bear Mt. for an average speed rating of 146. Ward ran a very good 16:17 to be the leader.(not ranked previously)
14. Berne-Knox-Westero (2) Won the Western Athletic Conference with a 147 average speed rating. 41 sec. spread is the difference between these guys and some of the teams that are close in speed rating. (# 13 last week)
15. Pembroke (5) 4th at the Livingston County Champs. 146 average speed rating. (previously unranked)
