- Canastota (3) Ran in an invitational in Utica and won the C race w/ a 17:55 average. 1:59 spread will need to close to keep others out of this spot. Tully average 156.6. Previously ranked #4.
- Jordan Elbridge (3) Ran at McQuaid and split from 15:57-17:28 for top 5. 153.8 Tully speed ranking avg. Previously ranked #9.
- Dobbs Ferry (1) Overlooked last week by rankers, this team has done very well for 3 weeks. Won their div. of Big Red invite and ran 17:11 average on the Warwick course over this past weekend. 1:22 spread for a 153.2 Tully Ranking Avg. Previously unranked.
- Clinton (3) 2nd. In C race to Canastota at Utica. 18:16 average only a 59 sec. spread looking good. Tully Speed Ranking Avg. 149.8. Previously unranked.

5 Teams Worth Watching over the next week:
A. Tully (3)- Had a 146 Speed Ranking last week, need to tighten their pack up.
B. Rhinebeck (9), Ranked by others last week at #6, they averaged 17:45 at Warwick but the 2:52 spread is too much right now to go top 10.
C. Irvington (1) Have great speed up front but will need the pack to follow to help lead them up this list.
D. Fonda Fultonville (2) 3rd. place small school race at Galway invite with a 1:58 spread and 17:08 average. 135 Tully Ranking Avg.
E. Saquoit Valley (3) Team has a 70 sec. spread and a 134.8 Tully Ranking avg. If they can get down under the 18:30 range for all 5, they can be tough.
Any information you might have (results) from your teams please feel free to send to runnered@verizon.net to allow me to make informed decisions when doing the Class C rankings. Thanks for your help and have another good week of running.
