Breakdown
It was a fight to the finish. Coming around the last bend, to the 200m finish line approach, three athletes had less than inches between them. Bryce Millar (FM) led Mikey Brannigan (Northport), with Mickey Burke (Rush-Henrietta) right on there heels. All three surged with finish in line, creating one of the closest finishes in recent memory, in any season. Millar, in search of the coveted "1-point position" used that motivation to out lean the pack. All three boys went under the previous course record held by Steve Murdoch, and the top 6 all rest in the top 10 marks All-Time for the Queensbury course.

Breakdown
The Big B Three took to the speed course as fast as any race of the day. Senior Brian Cook led for the first half of the race, towing TJ Hornberger and Ryan Udvadia along. Hornberger, not looking for a repeat of the previous Queensbury Invite, sat back, allowing Cook to do the pace work. After seeing his opening, Hornberger put a distance between the pack that wouldn't be made up. Hornberger cross the line one spot above his place last year: first.

Breakdown
It would seem the boys are so evenly matched in 2013, both between teams and between individuals, that races turn into 200 meter sprints on a cross country course. The same situation played out in Class C, as John Flannery and Jeriqho Gadway turned the final bend in tandem. With the wind removed, it was a side-by-side battle, edged out by Gadway in the final steps.

Breakdown
Sweet redemption for the junior of Greenwich. Sitting out a majority of the season with injury, Jeremy Spezio was in a constant battle to return to competition. Working rehab four times a week, the junior fought to get back by seasons end, and comes out the victor in the race he had his eyes on all season from the sidelines.
