Thursday: DMR Day has expanded. There will be 6 races (3 for each gender). Read details below.
We have added the Masters Mile for those of you over thirty.
Who will be the first former Loucks Champion to win the Masters Mile?

Saturday: The Hammer Throw is back! Hear the 1963 tribute from Trini Lopez (below)*.
For the first time since 1977 the men will be throwing the hammer.
The women will be competing in the event for the first time at Loucks.
