55m

Meet Record: 7.10     Last Year's Winner:  Cori Richardson (Windsor) 7.23

Wilton's Shelby Dejana goes for the 55-55H double after placing 4th last year, and she has a slight seed advantage at 7.35 over Windsor's Khaia Moye at 7.38. Others looking for points here include Windsor's Jada Robinson (7.42), New Canaan's Chloe Piegat (7.46), and Wilton's Claudia Nanez (7.50).

300m

Meet Record: 39.98    Last Year's Winner:  Cori Richardson (Windsor) 41.87

Windsor senior Jalah Cooper was 2nd last year behind her teammate Cori Richardson when the Warriors took the top four spots in the race. Cooper is rated on top this year at 41.32 and she has teammates Jada Robinson at 41.84 and Cyana Lindsay at 42.76 seeded 2nd and 4th, so Windsor should dominate here again. Wilton's Claudia Nanez has a 42.17 seed and will be trying to break into the Windsor juggernaut. Also in the running is Newington's Olivia Mullings at 43.08
